Songs & Stories from the Deep

Water is often used as a metaphor. It is serene and turbulent, deep and shallow, calming and disturbing, pacifying and irritating.

The All Directions Community Choir has chosen water as the point of departure to explore what it means to be a human and living with a mental illness. We have incorporated some gospel and modern songs that use water as a focal point and added to these our own original songs, poetry and prose.

Cost: $25 concession, $40 adults + waged. Proceeds go towards supporting Boroondara Community Outreach, a safe, supportive community for those with mental health conditions.
